What to expect at the salon
Consultation
Alex will assess your hair type, review any chemical treatments you've had, and evaluate the level of dryness and damage.
Solution & Process
The hair straightening solution will be applied and left to fully saturate your hair. This solution works by altering the internal structure of the hair.
Rinse
The solution is rinsed off completely.
Neutralize & Style
Applying the neutralizer conditions and finalizes the newly straightened hair. Alex will rinse off the neutralizer and style your hair to your preference.
Shampoo & Pre Treatment
Alex will wash your hair and apply the appropriate pre-treatments. These pre-treatments infuse your hair with the necessary nutrients to prepare it for the process.
Ironing
After rinsing, Alex will blow-dry and flat iron your hair. The flat ironing process permanently shapes the hair into a straight style.
After Care Tips
After your hair straightening service, we recommend using our at-home hair care products to help maintain your newly straightened hair. Our hair care line is formulated with Aqua Gold and is suitable for all hair types. Click here to find the perfect products for you.
To ensure your new style lasts, please follow these important tips:

Wait 2 days before shampooing or wetting your hair.

Avoid tying your hair back, using clips, or wearing hats or other headwear for 2 days.

Always blow-dry your hair completely after shampooing to maintain its straightness.
